Our rags are typically compressed and packaged in secure, clear plastic bags or boxes. They are sold by weight 5, 10, and 25 pound boxes or sometimes by count for specific items like microfiber towels.

3. What is the difference between new and recycled rags?

New Rags are cut from fresh, clean fabric scraps (like cutting room floors) and offer consistent material and absorbency.
Recycled Rags are sourced from pre-consumer or post-consumer textiles, are laundered, and are sorted for quality and consistency. They are eco-friendly and often more cost-effective.

4. How do I choose the right rag for my job?

The best rag depends on the task:

For heavy-duty spills and solvents, we recommend recycled colored cotton or terry towel.
For polishing, staining, and finishing, white cotton sheeting or flannel is best as it's soft and lint-free.
For delicate surfaces, glass, and automotive detailing, microfiber is the superior choice.

Ordering and Shipping FAQ's

5. Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Yes/No, depending on your business model. For standard boxed rags, we do not have a minimum order quantity. However, for bulk pallet orders or custom cuts, a minimum quantity of 1060 lbs may apply.

6. How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

7. What is your return or exchange policy?

We accept returns on unopened, unused packages of rags within 5 days of delivery. Because of the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns on opened packages unless the product is defective or incorrect. Please contact us to initiate a return.

8. Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
