Return & Refund Policy

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to approval. Items must be unused, unopened, and returned in original packaging.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.

Exchanges

Exchanges are permitted only for defective or damaged items. Documentation may be required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

Custom, special-order, or made-to-order products
Clearance, promotional, or final sale items

Return Authorization

All returns require prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused. To request authorization, email sales@flexindustrialsupply.com with your order number.
